Get ready, Milwaukee! One of the city’s most exciting and family-friendly events is back — Big Truck Day returns to Red Arrow Park on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This free event gives kids (and grown-ups!) a chance to get up close with the big machines that keep Milwaukee moving.

🛻 What You’ll See
Families will be able to explore a huge variety of vehicles, including:
- Fire engines and the Survive Alive House mobile unit
- A BearCat tactical vehicle, bomb squad van, and mounted police patrol
- Plow trucks, street sweepers, front-end loaders, and forestry equipment
- Milwaukee County Transit System buses
- The Milwaukee Public Library outreach vehicle
- A brand new tree climbing demo and $5 tropical plant sale

Parking will be available for just $3 at the 1000 N. Water Street parking structure — right near Red Arrow Park.

In case of bad weather, the event will be rescheduled to Saturday, May 31, 2025.
